“Leo and his team were incredible. They took all of the time they needed to give us very detailed plans that answered everything the contractor needed to know. Leo went above and beyond to answer all of our questions patiently, even the stupid ones (it was our first time doing a renovation so we had no clue what it was all about). I would hire him again in a second, and I strongly recommend him. He made multiple visits to our house to do the measurements and then to explain his findings when he delivered the final plans. He remained involved throughout the actual renovation to make sure everything was going ok. We needed design plans done in the kitchen of our house to determine if we could remove a wall, and in order to ensure that the renovation we were planning on doing would be done safely.”
